A preliminary deposit left with us before you check out will secure a tentative reservation for you for the same property for the same corresponding time period.

We will notify you of the owner's acceptance and then a lease will be sent to confirm your reservation.  If a tentative reservation is not accepted by the owner or if changes are made that are not acceptable to you, your preliminary deposit will be returned to you upon your written request or we will assist you in finding another property and transfer your deposit.*

Remember, if you check out without leaving a preliminary deposit you have forfeited your re-rental priority.

Avoid delays: Please stop by the office before the day of your check out to secure your tentative reservation.  You may also click here, print the form, fill it out and return it to our office.

By signing this, you are authorizing us to withhold moneys from your current security deposit which you are entitled to have returned to you to instead be used for preliminary deposit for a tentative reservation for the same corresponding time period next year.

*NOTE: Cancellations of confirmed rentals are subject to a re-rental fee.
